About Us

With each project we build, we carefully evaluate its unique
characteristics and find the appropriate people for the job.
Our subcontractors go through a rigorous review and form the
core of our building activity. Over the years, we have found
this to be the best way to save us time and money - enabling
us to ultimately win and enjoy the awards we cherish. We have
dedicated, hard workers, whose high standards can be seen in
the outstanding products we offer.

Our cost-effective and efficient planning results in savings
that we pass on to our customers. Our projects win awards,
including the "Gold Nuggett" for"Best Designed Homes in the
West" awarded to us by The Building Industry Association of
America for our "Laguna Woods" project located on Crown Valley
Parkway in Laguna Niguel, California. These 69 single family
homes were designed by noted architect Chris Abel.

We were awarded the city of Brea's "Beautification Award" in
appreciation of the fine quality of the 25,000 square foot
office building we built at 3000 East Birch Street in Brea,
California. Here, we showcased a Seward Johnson bronze statue
of a businessman sitting on a park bench (Double Check) with
his attache case in his lap, reading from our bronzed letterhead.
School children are periodically bussed in to see and sit next to him.

"Sea Canyon" in the Coast Development in San Clemente, California
consisted of 48 single-family homes which afforded us another
Beautification Award!

We designed a 41,000 sq ft office building on Porche Way in Ontario,
California, and built a charming 25,000 square foot building at 30101
Town Center Drive in Laguna Niguel, California.

When we built "Helios" a 28 condominium development in Mammoth

Lakes
(ski country), California near Warming Hut 2, we did it under a
massive white tent in snowstorms and were featured on television

and in newspapers.

We are presently developing the first of a group of "Tunbridge Wells" luxury condominiums and are planning for them to be built in various cities. These residences reflect the history of the original Tunbridge Wells in England, to which the British upper class were drawn for its curative waters. We are working to have our own waters as part of this luxurios gated community in La Quinta, California. Write info@theisaacsgroup.com for  Investment opportunities in these developments.

Our numerous projects have been recognized as welcome additions to the cities that host them. we are proud and grateful for the awards we have won. But it is our dedication to excellence, and our integrity that makes us most proud.
